Hello friends!
We would like to welcome you to Walk through the Book of Joshua with us during 2010. During our first Bible Study gathering, we will begin studying the first third of Joshua, and breaking off into smaller groups to discuss and glean from one another. We will be providing Tortilla Soup and Chili, and ask that you bring drinks or a dessert to share. Childcare will be available, and we ask that you bring $5 to help bless our dedicated childcare workers.

The event will be held upstairs in Generation Ministries at 6pm on Saturday, February 27th.

Fajita Fellowship and VISION NIGHT 2010
Welcome to THE BRIDGE - New Covenant Church's Young Adults Ministry! We are excited be online!
If you missed our gathering in January, let me catch you up!

The Vision of THE BRIDGE Young Adults Ministry of New Covenant Church, is and always has been, two fold.
Our desire is the literally bridge the gap that exists between the adult church and the youth group by providing a place for Singles, Young Marrieds, Young Families, and anyone who is Young at Heart to have community with one another, do life together, and most important sharpen each other as we grow to know the Lord Jesus more intimately and reach out to the lost.
Secondy, our vision and calling for this amazing group of people is to provide both Inreach and Outreach opportunities. Inreach, in our definition, is an intentional time and focus on community and spiritual strengthing for the members within THE BRIDGE. Outeach, the more obvious definition, is taking us out of our normal comfort zone to be the literal hands and feet of Jesus in our community.
During 2010, we have established dates for our events through December. As of now, these dates are confirmed - but please check back with this site for updates throughout the year if changes must be made. Those dates are:
- February 27, 2010 – Bible Study & Prayer through the book of Joshua
- March 27, 2010 – Inreach Event - Vespers
- April 24, 2010 – Outreach Event
- May 29, 2010 – Bible Study & Prayer through the second portion of Joshua
- June 25-26, 2010 – Ladies Beach Weekend – details coming soon
- July 24, 2010 – Outreach Event
- August 28, 2010 – Bible Study & Prayer - through the last portion of Joshua
- September 18, 2010 – Inreach Event - Vespers
- October 23, 2010 – Outreach Event
- December 11, 2010 – CHRISTMAS EVENT
Reminders will be posted in the bulletin at the NCC services!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW FOR 2010:
Childcare will be $5 per child to secure that we have the best young ladies keeping our kiddos. This is not an obligation, however, it is a need. Please prayerfully consider this request. Guests will not be asked to donate. If finances are tight, we understand, and we would never want that to keep you or your little ones from attending. Just talk to us or do what you can! You will be blessed to be a blessing!
